Arrests

Failure to appear — Peter Shelby Bogard, 64, of the 200 block of West Savage Creek Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bogard Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of reckless endangering and unlawful possession, sale or use of fireworks. Bogard was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon — Seth Robert Fay, 20, of the 1400 block of Larkspur Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Fay Tuesday on charges of first-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon, interfering with a peace officer, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, third-degree escape, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing and resisting arrest. Fay was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Kidnapping, domestic abuse — Joseph Cullan Gooding, 46, of the 19900 block of East Evans Creek Road, White City. Ashland police arrested Gooding Tuesday on charges of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, coercion, strangulation-domestic abuse and fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Gooding was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail.

Attempted sexual abuse, disorderly conduct — Adon Trace Hudgins, 19, of the 3100 block of Demaray Drive, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Hudgins Tuesday on charges of a probation violation for first-degree attempted sexual abuse, first-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with a peace officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing and harassment. Hudgins was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.

Fugitive, forgery — Nicholas Timothy Trzeciak, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Trzeciak Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California and a charge of first-degree forgery. Trzeciak was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Erika Ann Vineyard, 40, of the 70 block of Eagle View Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Vineyard Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended or revoked license and giving false information to a peace officer as well as charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended or revoked license and reckless driving. Vineyard was lodged in jail without bail.
