- Mina
AGE: Mina is an intelligent, beautiful and loving 5-year-old female Alaskan Husky/shepherd mix.
PERSONALITY: Smart, athletic, playful, social and silly.
HIGHLIGHTS: Mina is a true athlete in the play yard, running along the fence line with grace and enthusiasm. She’s an active dog who would thrive in a home with moderate to high energy where she can stay engaged and entertained. Mina is intelligent and attentive, and would be a great candidate for further training. Mina is social and does well with both males and females, though she can be selective with playmates. After burning off energy, Mina loves nothing more than a good cuddle, basking in pets and praise.
Mina’s adoption fees are waived. Adopters will only need to pay for licensing fees.
AVAILABILITY: Mina is available at the Jackson County Animal Shelter, 5595 S. Pacific Hwy., Phoenix. The shelter is open 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and noon-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Walk-ins welcomed. No appointment needed. View Jackson County’s adoptable pets: jacksoncountyor.gov/pets.
