Robert S. Hamilton

May 18, 1942 – October 11, 2024

Robert Skelton Hamilton, 82, of Medford, Oregon passed away October 11, 2024.

Robert was born May 18, 1942 in Medford to Moore and Eva (Nealon) Hamilton. He graduated from Medford High School in 1960. He later graduated from Dartmouth College then completed his education at University of Oregon Law School. He then served in the Army with Military Intelligence. When he returned, he married Gretchen Campbell and started practicing law in Klamath Falls and Medford for over 40 years.

He adored his beloved black labs and enjoyed taking them for walks at the family farm and river property. He also loved spending time with his family
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Gretchen; six nieces and one nephew; Amy Porter, Molly Samson, Alex Hamilton, Allison Hamilton, MaryLiz Bunch, Melanie Hamilton and Lori Stam. He is also survived by many, many relatives who originated in Table Rock in 1883.

Robert was a kind and gentle man and was known for his honesty and integrity.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Rogue Valley Country Club, 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 17, 2024. Located at 2660 Hillcrest Rd, Medford, OR 97504.
