Arrests

Failure to appear — Allen Totten Behrle, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Behrle Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. Behrle was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs, failure to appear — Travis James Damon, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Damon Tuesday on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Damon was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Josue Misael Garcia Cifuentes, 34, of the 2800 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Garcia Cifuentes Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering, reckless driving and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Garcia Cifuentes was lodged in jail on $75,000 bail.

Burglary, theft — Daniel Keith Peck, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Peck Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Peck was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse, drugs — Nathan Duane Ramirez, 32, of the 1100 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ramirez Monday on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and giving false information to a peace officer. Ramirez was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
