Arrests
Criminal trespass, drugs — Codie Jo Dunlap, 24, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Dunlap Wednesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Dunlap was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
Probation violation, criminal trespass — Ray James Feeler, 26, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Feeler Wednesday on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Feeler was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Sexual abuse, sodomy — Howard Gaylord Graves, 76, of the 2400 block of St. James Way, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Graves Tuesday on charges of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual penetration. Graves was lodged in jail on $1,000,000 bail.
Disorderly conduct, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle — Bobby Joe Jackson, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Jackson Tuesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Jackson was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Michael Aaron Rivera, 43, of the 500 block of Walnut Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Rivera Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin and attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Rivera was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Drugs, failure to appear — Travis James Damon, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Damon Tuesday on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Damon was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Josue Misael Garcia Cifuentes, 34, of the 2800 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Garcia Cifuentes Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering, reckless driving and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Garcia Cifuentes was lodged in jail on $75,000 bail.
Burglary, theft — Daniel Keith Peck, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Peck Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Peck was lodged in jail without bail.
Domestic abuse, drugs — Nathan Duane Ramirez, 32, of the 1100 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ramirez Monday on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and giving false information to a peace officer. Ramirez was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
