Arrests

Failure to report as a sex offender — Mark Allen Christopher Bouteller, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bouteller Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of failure to report as a sex offender and second-degree theft as well as charges of carrying of concealed weapons, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Bouteller was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Fugitive — Shawn Thomas Lewis, 38, of the 1400 block of East 69th Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Medford police arrested Lewis Tuesday on a fugitive warrant from South Dakota. Lewis was lodged in jail without bail.

Aggravated theft — Amy Louise Moore, 59, of the 200 block of North Fifth Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Moore Tuesday on charges of first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree criminal mistreatment. Moore was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Fugitive, attempting to elude police by foot — Rodney Scott Rohrbach, 32, of the 900 block of North Main Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Medford police arrested Rohrbach Tuesday on a fugitive warrant from South Dakota as well as charges of second-degree criminal trespass, attempting to elude police by vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, reckless endangering, attempting to elude police by foot and hit-and-run vehicle-property damage. Rohrbach was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.

Fugitive — Jennifer Marie Starr, 41, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Starr Saturday on fugitive warrant from South Dakota. Starr was lodged in jail without bail.
