Arrests

Identity theft, forgery — Joshua Ryan Brewer, 36, of the 300 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brewer Thursday on charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery and second-degree criminal trespass. Brewer was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs, theft — Dylan Joe-Seph Yates, 20, of the 7600 block of Calveras Street, White City. Ashland police arrested Yates Thursday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and third-degree theft. Yates was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Murder, assault — William Carl Frombach, 45, of the 500 block of J Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Frombach Friday on charges of second-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, first-degree aggravated animal abuse, first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm. Frombach was lodged in jail without bail.

Sexual abuse — Lon Dearl Gossage, 73, of the 2000 block of Manchester Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Gossage Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree sexual abuse and first-degree criminal trespass. Gossage was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary — Kristina Louise Smith, 46, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Smith Thursday on a charge of first-degree burglary. Smith was lodged in jail without bail.

Felon in possession of a firearm, disorderly conduct — Matthew John Bigley, 31, of the 9500 block of Feeg Street, Manassas, Virginia. Medford police arrested Bigley Sunday on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful carrying or concealing of a firearm and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bigley was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Jesse Daniel Kimbrough, 31, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Kimbrough Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Kimbrough was lodged in jail without bail.
