Arrests

Failure to appear — Nathan Alexander Coggins, 35, of the 200 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Coggins Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended or revoked license and hit and run vehicle-property damage. Coggins was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Theft — Katrina Gillispie, 51, of the 2900 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gillispie Friday on a charge of first-degree theft. Gillispie was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Drew Michael Palmerton, 43, of the 2600 block of Cliffrose Circle, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Palmerton Friday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Palmerton was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Unlawful use of a weapon, disorderly conduct — Damien James Reed, 31, of the 100 block of Crocker Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Reed Friday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree disorderly conduct, felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Reed was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs — David Adam Skorupan Littleton, 39, of the 300 block of Snowy Butte Lane, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Skorupan Little on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Skorupan Littleton was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear, assault on a peace officer — Jessica McKenzie Applegate, 25, of the 9900 block of Benton Drive, Redding, California. Ashland police arrested Applegate Friday on charges of assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, giving false information to a peace officer and harassment, as well as warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering, reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless burning and second-degree criminal trespass. Applegate was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary, theft — Jacob Randall Granger, 33, of the 2700 block of Randolph Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Granger Friday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, first-degree theft, first-degree burglary, first-degree aggravated theft and felon in possession of a firearm. Granger was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, driving with a suspended or revoked license — Austin James Howard, 42, of the 9800 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Howard Sunday on charges of first-degree theft and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Howard was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Robert Haruo Pettit, 22, of the 700 block of West McAndrew Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Pettit Sunday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, strangulation-domestic abuse and harassment. Pettit was lodged in jail without bail.
