Arrests

Drugs — Joshua Ryan Brewer, 36, of the 300 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Brewer Thursday on charges of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence of intoxicants, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Brewer was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Domestic abuse, criminal trespass — Dean Eric Rossin, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Rossin Wednesday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse and second-degree criminal trespass. Rossin was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Mary Cordelia Strock, 45, of the 500 block of Oak Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Strock Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft, first-degree criminal trespass, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Strock was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs — Heather Rene Ulrey, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Ulrey Thursday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Ulrey was lodged in jail without bail.
