Failure to appear — Jose Humberto Hernandez Lucas, 31, of the 1500 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hernandez Lucas Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, harassment, assault on a peace or public safety officer, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. Hernandez Lucas was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Domestic abuse — Juan Carlos Ruiz, 40, of the 900 block of South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Ruiz Friday on charges of menacing-domestic abuse, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm and resisting arrest. Ruiz was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Terrance Scott Clemens, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Clemens Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft, third-degree robbery, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and harassment. Clemens was lodged in jail without bail.

Disorderly conduct — Breanna Janae Jones, 31, of the 600 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Friday on charges of attempted assault on a peace officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment, resisting arrest and aggravated harassment. Jones was lodged in jail without bail.

Identity theft — Daneen Julia Atchley, 34, of the 900 block of Fourth Avenue, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Atchley Saturday on charges of identity theft, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Atchley was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Christopher Michael Carroll, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Carroll Sunday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance and unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance. Carroll was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary, domestic abuse — Javier Manuel Morales, 27, of the 500 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Morales Saturday on charges of first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Morales was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, failure to appear — Jesse Dylan Schmitt, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Schmitt Wednesday on a charge of theft and warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Schmitt was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Carlos Terron Stevens, 30, of the 12900 block of Southeast 12th Street, Auburn, Washington. Ashland police arrested Stevens Wednesday on a fugitive warrant from California. Stevens was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear, drugs — Mark Anthony Corsbie, 32, of the 400 block of Marilee Circle, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Corsbie Thursday on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful carrying or concealing of a firearm, unlawful carrying or concealing of a firearm, unlawful possession of a prohibited firearms or silencers, altering or obliterating firearm identification numbers, giving false information to a peace officer, first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and identity theft. Corsbie was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — David Shane Gilbert, 54, of the 600 block of Grape Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gilbert Wednesday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of strangulation. Gilbert was lodged in jail without bail.
