Arrests

Burglary, unlawful use of a weapon — James Maurice Henry, 35, of the 16300 block of Ramsey Road, White City. Ashland police arrested Henry Friday on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, harassment and contempt of court for violating a restraining order. Henry was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Criminal trespass — Crystal Lynn Schuessler, 36, of the 7800 block of Eagle Drive, White City. Medford police arrested Schuessler Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree theft and resisting arrest. Schuessler was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Identity theft — Breanna May Wilson, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Wilson Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of identity theft. Wilson was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.

Failure to appear, theft — Tara Louise Colombe, 33, of the 300 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Colombe Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempted unlawful delivery of heroin, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft as well as charges of identity theft, second-degree theft, first-degree theft and third-degree theft. Colombe was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Richard Verner Hamilton, 61, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hamilton Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering as well as charges of second-degree criminal trespass and depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway. Hamilton was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Timothy William Sage, 45, of the 8400 block of Crater Lake Highway, White City. Medford police arrested Sage Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Sage was lodged in jail without bail.
