Arrests

Reckless driving — Monique Jeannette Bourin, 72, of the 300 block of Mountain View Drive, Talent. Talent police arrested Bourin Sunday on charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering. Bourin was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Burglary, identity theft — Britney Ann Diffie, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Diffie Monday on charges of first-degree burglary, identity theft, first-degree theft, second-degree theft and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Diffie was lodged in jail on 22,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Daniel Alexander Otto, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Otto Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Otto was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Attempted sodomy — Armondo Jose Palomino, 27, of the 7800 block of Quebec Circle, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Palomino Monday on a probation violation for first-degree attempted sodomy. Palomino was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal trespass, disorderly conduct — Laura Beth Sharp, 46, of the 7600 block of South Flavel Drive, Portland. Ashland police arrested Sharp Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief. Sharp was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Manslaughter — Heriberto Valencia Guzman, 36, of the 2900 block of Union Street, Eureka, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Valencia Guzman Monday on charges of first-degree manslaughter, second-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Valencia Guzman was lodged in jail without bail.
