Arrests

Aggravated theft — Christina Carmell, 47, of the 30 block of Shangrila Lane, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Carmell Wednesday on charges of first-degree aggravated theft and a computer crime. Carmell was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Fugitive — Joshua Jose Diaz Dubon, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Diaz Dubon Wednesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California and charges of identity theft, unlawful possession of a fictitious identification and giving false information to a peace officer. Diaz Dubon was lodged in jail without bail.

Felon in possession of a firearm, drugs — Joshua Daniel Felker, 41, of the 57000 block of Farview Road, Coquille. Medford police arrested Felker Tuesday on charges of unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of body armor, unlawful carrying or concealing of a firearm, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Felker was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Michael David Jackson, 61, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Talent police arrested Jackson Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, offensive littering, giving false information to a peace officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. Jackson was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Damian James Probst, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Probst Wednesday on a probation violation for failure to report as a sex offender and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Probst was lodged in jail without bail.

Disorderly conduct, theft — David Andrew Shirley, 35, no known address. Ashland police arrested Shirley Wednesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree theft, harassment, and second-degree criminal mischief. Shirley was lodged in jail without bail.
