Arrests

Reckless driving, assault — Shane Robert Bei, 36, of the 200 block of Shipley Terrace, Prospect. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bei Sunday on charges of third-degree assault, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering, fourth-degree assault and reckless driving. Bei was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Robert Anthony Bluhm, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Bluhm Sunday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Bluhm was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Fugitive — Oscar Hever Coca, 65, no known address. Medford police arrested Coca Monday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Oklahoma. Coca was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Noah Lyon Morland, 31, of the 100 block of North Third Street, Talent. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Morland Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft, unlawful possession of a firearm or ammunition, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangering, driving with a suspended or revoked license, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of heroin, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Morland was lodged in jail on $55,500 bail.

Sexual abuse — Albino Rabago Vega, 46, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Vega Monday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Vega was lodged in jail without bail.
