Arrests
Probation violation — Alisha Rose Clement, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Clement Friday on probation violations for first-degree aggravated theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Clement was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Brandy Nichole Falco, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Falco Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, driving under the influence of intoxicants and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Falco was lodged in jail without bail.
Burglary, criminal mischief — Laura Beth Sharp, 46, of the 7700 block of Southeast Woodstock Boulevard, Portland. Medford police arrested Sharp Thursday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft. Sharp was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.
Domestic abuse — Michael Patrick Betschart, 47, of the 2500 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Betschart Saturday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and fourth-degree assault. Betschart was lodged in jail without bail.
Fugitive — Patrick Skylyn Carroll, 21, of the 1100 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Carroll Friday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Tennessee. Carroll was lodged in jail on $105,000 bail.
Failure to appear, reckless driving — Shannon Dawn Kirk, 29, of the 8100 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kirk Friday on charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering, attempting to elude police by vehicle and attempting to elude police by foot as well as warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, hit-and-run vehicle, reckless driving, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, reckless endangering, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft. Kirk was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear, failure to report as a sex offender — Justin Howard Hendrickson, 32, of the 200 block of Wilson Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hendrickson Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of failure to report as a sex offender, second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. Hendrickson was lodged in jail without bail.
