Arrests
Burglary, theft — Jeremy Jason Gebers, 44, of the 7700 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gebers Thursday on charges of first-degree theft, first-degree burglary, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and second-degree theft. Gebers was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $20,000 bail.
Domestic abuse, unlawful use of a firearm — Monique Enedina Lomas, 41, of the 2200 block of Villard Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Lomas Friday on charges of menacing-domestic abuse, pointing a firearm at another person and unlawful use of a weapon. Lomas was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft — Stevie Arta Workman, 34, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Workman Friday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, first-degree theft, driving under the influence of intoxicants, second-degree theft, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving and third-degree theft as well as a parole violation for second-degree rape. Workman was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Bradley William Krauss, 43, of the 10 block of Morel Court, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Krauss Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. Krauss was lodged in jail without bail.
Identity theft, probation violation — David Lee Nelson, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Nelson Saturday on charges of identity theft, giving false information to a peace officer and felon in possession of a restricted weapon along with probation violations for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal possession of a forged instrument and second-degree burglary.
Burglary, theft — Andrew Cole Drane, 30, of the 700 block of Welch Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Drane Sunday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. Drane was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Fugitive — Jose Carlos Martinez Montes, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martinez Montes Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Martinez Montes was lodged in jail without bail.
