Penelope

Age: Penelope is a 1-year-old small Rottweiler mix available for adoption through the Friends of the Animals Foster Program.

Personality: Penelope (or Penny as her foster family calls her) is playful, smart and very loving. She loves to run after toys, gets along well with dogs her size, and learns new cues very quickly.

Highlights: Penelope would make a great adventure buddy and sidekick! She loves car rides and is willing to go anywhere with you.
