ENTERPRISE — A “puppy kissing booth” will be sponsored on Valentine’s Day, Friday, Feb. 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wallowa County Humane Society’s Re-Tail Boutique in Enterprise.

The boutique is at 119 E. Main St.

The booth is a way to support the society by donating to its 501(c)(3) corporation.

Carol Vencill, president of the nonprofit, said there is no set charge “per kiss,” but the society is seeking financial support to fund its operations. She said there will be several pups available for kisses, and all are friendly.

The society has a “catty shack” in the boutique for cats and relies on volunteers to provide foster homes for dogs.
