Encouraging child sexual abuse — Robert Wayne Conner, 48, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Conner Wednesday on charges of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. Conner was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Jesse Curtis Dixon, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Dixon Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass as well as charges of second-degree criminal trespass, depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and a city ordinance offense. Dixon was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs, criminal trespass — Daniel Aaron North, 49, no known address. Medford police arrested North Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass. North was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Sexual abuse, incest — Skylar Phoenix Young, 26, of the 300 block of Stowell Avenue, Sunnyville, California. Jackson County sheriff’s. deputies arrested Young Wednesday on charges of first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse, incest and furnishing liquor to a minor or intoxicated person. Young was lodged in jail without bail.
