Rape, sexual abuse — Jesse Rex Orndoff, 30, of the 900 block of Crook Road, Selma. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Orndoff Friday on charges of third-degree rape, second—degree sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy. Orndoff was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Fugitive — Amber Lyn Phillips, 35, of the 3300 block of Winnetka Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Phillips Friday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Phillips was lodged in jail without bail.
Fugitive, giving false information to a peace officer — Dallas Chanel Roush, 30, of the 5500 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Eagle Point police arrested Roush Friday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as a charge of giving false information to a peace officer. Roush was lodged in jail without bail.
Fugitive, drugs — Joshua Ray Dyck, 33, no known address. Oregon State Police-Southwest Division arrested Dyck Friday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as charges of reckless driving, attempting to elude police by vehicle, attempting to elude police by foot, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and a parole violation for unlawful delivery of heroin. Dyck was lodged in jail without bail.
Fugitive — Gustavo Angel Lara Munoz, 21, of the 2600 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lara Munoz Sunday on charges of third-degree sexual abuse, third-degree robbery, third-degree theft and harassment. Lara Munoz was lodged in jail without bail.
