Arrests

Disorderly conduct, criminal trespass — Matthew Anthony Burris, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Burris Sunday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Burris was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs, disorderly conduct — Kenneth Evan Elam, 49, no known address. Medford police arrested Elam Monday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass as well as a parole violation for second-degree burglary. Elam was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal mischief, reckless driving — June Jazz Garza, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Garza Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, hit and run vehicle-property damage, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Garza was lodged in jail without bail.

Sexual abuse, harassment — Randal Alan McNew, 52, of the 700 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police arrested McNew Monday on charges of third-degree sexual abuse, harassment and resisting arrest. McNew was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Daniel Reginald Tucker, 30, of the 800 block of East 10th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Tucker Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended or revoked license, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and harassment. Tucker was lodged in jail without bail.
