Arrests

Fugitive — Althea Colleen Bradley, 53, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bradley Monday on charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bradley was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs, criminal trespass — Michael Shayne Hopkins, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Hopkins Tuesday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methadone and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Hopkins was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Anthony Michael Moreno, 26, of the 1200 block of Winchester Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Moreno Tuesday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Moreno was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft of services, resisting arrest — Kalissa Amy Rocha, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Rocha Monday on charges of theft of services, resisting arrest and interfering with a peace officer. Rocha was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
