Arrests

Sexual abuse — Monty Joe Allsop, 62, of the 3600 block of Avenue C, White City. Medford police arrested Allsop Tuesday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Allsop was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Tiffany Teresa Marie Huffman, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Huffman Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct as well as a city ordinance offense. Huffman was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, robbery — Izayah Jaheim Mooring, 19, of the 1300 block of Andrew Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Mooring Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft, third-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and coercion. Mooring was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Sexual abuse — Ellen Beth Royle, 45, no known address. Medford police arrested Royle Wednesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Royle was lodged in jail without bail.
