Arrests

Fugitive — Matthew Frederick Devan, 60, no known address. Medford police arrested Devan Friday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Devan was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Drugs, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Austin Glenn Ganey, 30, of the 1100 block of West McAndrews Road, Medford. Talent police arrested Ganey Thursday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, reckless endangering, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass as well as a parole violation for felon in possession of a firearm. Ganey was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail. 

Failure to appear — Claudia Angelica Oliver, 37, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Oliver Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree child neglect, second-degree forgery, second-degree theft, hit and run vehicle-property damage and giving false information to a peace officer. Oliver was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail. 

Fugitive — Glenda Sue Christian-Propp, 76, of the 800 block of Hazel Street, Central Point. Oregon State Police-Southwest Division arrested Christian-Propp Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Christian-Propp was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Virginia Lynn Gros, 39, of the 500 block of Boardman Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gros Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, giving false information to a peace officer and failure to carry or present a license to a police officer. Gros was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to report as a sex offender — Donald Wayne Summers, 60, no known address. Medford police arrested Summers Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Summers was lodged in jail without bail.
