Drugs, interfering with a peace officer — Matthew Anthony Burris, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Burris Monday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a peace officer, harassment and resisting arrest. Burris was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Failure to appear, domestic abuse — Matthew John Dunlap, 52, of the 3300 block of Wellington Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dunlap Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and resisting arrest as well as a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Dunlap was lodged in jail without bail.  

Rape, sexual abuse — Anthony James Grant, 38, of the 1900 block of Hutchinson Circle, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Grant Monday on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy. Grant was lodged in jail without bail. 

Drugs, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Wylie Wren, 23, of the 1300 block of Frank Hill Road, Ashland. Jacksonville police arrested Wren Sunday on charges of unlawful possession of cocaine, driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Wren was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
