Failure to appear — Chelsea Starr Burke, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Burke Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, aggravated harassment, attempted assault on a peace officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest. Burke was lodged in jail without bail. 

Theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle — Dustin Michael Fontana, 30, of the 500 block of Northwest Fourth Street, Grants Pass. Central Point police arrested Fontana Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Fontana was lodged in jail without bail. 

Fugitive, drugs — Forest Thomas Webb Kirk, 42, of the 400 block of Holmes Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Kirk Wednesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Kirk was lodged in jail without bail. 

Fugitive, possession of a stolen motor vehicle — Jose Adan Ramirez, 34, of the 600 block of Allison Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ramirez Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, carrying of concealed weapons, third-degree theft, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving, hit and run vehicle-property damage, attempting to elude police by foot, giving false information to a peace officer and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Ramirez was lodged in jail on $300,000 bail.
