Arrests

Criminal trespass, theft — Jonathan Luis Acosta, 35, no known address. Central Point police arrested Acosta Monday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Acosta was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Criminal mischief, drugs — Dakota Lee Carr, 29, of the 1600 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Carr Monday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Carr was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Theft — Patrick O’Brien Kelley, 37, of the 500 block of Ball Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kelley Sunday on charges of second-degree theft, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Kelley was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Fred Otto King, 55, of the 500 block of East Main Street, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested King Monday on charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants and aggravated harassment. King was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
