Arrests

Robbery, unlawful use of a weapon — Johnny Christopher Baker, 41, of the 700 block of Midway Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Baker Tuesday on charges of third-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing-domestic abuse, interfering with making a report and harassment. Baker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Theft — Dylan Keith Hewlett, 33, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Hewlett Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft, first-degree aggravated theft and organized retail theft. Hewlett was lodged in jail without bail. 

Fugitive, drugs — Waymon Ray King, 39, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested King Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Texas as well as charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. King was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Child neglect — Jessica Lynne Rigsby, 34, of the 7800 block of 27th Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rigsby Wednesday on a charge of second-degree child neglect. Rigsby was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Jordanne Mackenzie Skogseth, 35, of the 1000 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Skogseth Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal trespass. Skogseth was lodged in jail without bail.
