Arrests

Identity theft — Dylan Keith Hewlett, 33, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Hewlett Wednesday on charges of identity theft and theft by receiving. Hewlett was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Drugs, probation violation — Joseph Kyle Hopkins, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Hopkins Thursday on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation for first-degree criminal mischief as well as a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Hopkins was lodged in jail without bail. 

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft — Jordan Ladon Wallace, 33, of the 700 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wallace Wednesday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle, third-degree theft, reckless driving and attempting to elude police by foot. Wallace was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Marcus Allen Weeks, 35, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Weeks Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. Weeks was lodged in jail without bail.
