Availability: Ochoa is available at the Jackson County Animal Shelter, 5595 S. Pacific Hwy., Phoenix. Tuesday through Sunday, March 25-30, adoption fees are 50% off. All dogs who have been in JCAS care for 75-99 days adoption fees have been reduced to $75, dogs at JCAS 100+ days have their fees waived.
