Arrests
Fugitive, drugs — Dair Jose Cruz Centeno, 18, no known address. Medford police arrested Centeno Thursday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as charges of unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and giving false information to a peace officer. Centeno was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $250,000 bail.
Drugs — Sergio Alejandro Lopez, 49, of the 5400 block of Southeast Rhone Street, Portland. Medford police arrested Lopez Thursday on charges of unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm. Lopez was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail.
Sexual abuse — Alejandro Sergio Aguilera-Acosta, 33, of the 1300 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Aguilera-Acosta Saturday on a charge of second-degree sexual abuse. Aguilera-Acosta was lodged in jail without bail.
Reckless driving, drugs — Andrew James Caucutt, 37, of the 100 block of Aurora Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Caucutt Friday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, third-degree escape, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license, a probation violation for unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, a probation violation for attempting to elude police by vehicle, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Caucutt was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Dustin William Jackson, 34, of the 700 block of South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Jackson Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass as well as charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and first-degree criminal trespass. Jackson was lodged in jail without bail.
