Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Jonathan Oliver Baldridge, 43, of the 8100 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Baldridge Monday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, attempting to elude police by vehicle, a parole violation for second-degree assault, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Baldridge was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail. 

Failure to report as a sex offender, criminal trespass — Juston Dee Chapman, 39, of the 200 block of South Buchanan Avenue, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Chapman Monday on charges of failure to report as a sex offender, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Chapman was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.

Burglary, criminal trespass— Angelina Maria Munoz, 33, of the 600 block of East Archwood Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Munoz Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, unlawful use of a stun gun or tear gas or mace, false reporting and harassment. Munoz was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Dione Ariel Verba, 38, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Verba Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, offensive littering and depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway. Verba was lodged in jail without bail.
