Arrests

Drugs, theft — Cody Bill Eider, 31, of the 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Eider Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, a probation violation for first-degree theft and a probation violation for unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Eider was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Kevin Michael Havener, 56, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Havener Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and second-degree criminal trespass as well as a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Havener was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Christopher Jamison Headrick, 45, no known address. Medford police arrested Headrick Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Headrick was lodged in jail without bail. 

Kidnapping, domestic abuse — Emilio Manuel Ramirez, 34, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Ramirez Wednesday on charges of second-degree kidnapping, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, strangulation-domestic abuse, coercion and harassment. Ramirez was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail. 

Theft — Rodney Walter Woodard, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Woodard Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Woodard was lodged in jail without bail.
