Driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering — Jennifer Lynn Brown, 42, of the 13100 block of Duggan Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brown Monday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering, reckless driving and assault on a peace officer. Brown was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Kya Mystique Collins, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Collins Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, third-degree robbery and harassment. Collins was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Kidnapping, sexual abuse — James David Lee Hergett, 34, no known address. Ashland police arrested Hergett Saturday on charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree sexual abuse, unlawful use of a weapon, strangulation-domestic abuse, menacing-domestic abuse, coercion and harassment. Hergett was lodged in jail without bail. 

Rape, burglary — Jose Ciro Perez Rodriguez, 57, of the 600 block of Valley Heart Lane, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Perez Rodriguez Monday on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree burglary and first-degree sexual abuse. Perez Rodriguez was lodged in jail without bail.
