Arrests

Sexual abuse — Charles Johnathon Dilling, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dilling Tuesday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Dilling was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Criminal mischief, burglary — Kenneth Evan Elam, 50, no known address. Medford police arrested Elam Tuesday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and a parole violation for second-degree burglary. 

Theft, burglary — Zachary Joseph Nuccio, 35, of the 200 block of Lower Wolf Creek Road, Wolf Creek. Medford police arrested Nuccio Monday on charges of first-degree theft and first-degree burglary. Nuccio was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal trespass, theft — Sara Renee Wyatt, 38, of the 200 block of Jeaneatte Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Wyatt Monday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft and third-degree theft. Wyatt was lodged in jail without bail.
