Arrests

Failure to appear — Andrew Cole Drane, 31, of the 700 block of Welch Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Drane Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief. Drane was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Failure to report as a sex offender — Eric Jon Fortner, 55, of the 1900 block of Foots Creek Road, Gold Hill. Oregon State Police Southwest Division arrested Fortner Thursday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Fortner was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Criminal mischief, disorderly conduct — Fred Otto King, 56, of the 500 block of East Main Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested King Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless endangering and second-degree theft. King was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Roy Vern Spencer, 61, of the 1400 block of Dixie Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Spencer Thursday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Spencer was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
