Arrests

Failure to appear, theft — Ryan Scott Barrett, 35, of the 100 block of North Pacific Highway, Talent. Medford police arrested Barrett Monday on warrants for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft as well as probation violations for first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Barrett was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Brenda Jacquline Jackson, 52, of the 1100 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Jackson Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief as well as a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Jackson was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Assault, reckless driving — Alberto Perez De Gaona, 29, of the 400 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Perez De Gaona Monday on charges of second-degree assault, reckless driving, reckless endangering and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Perez De Gaona was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail. 

Criminal mischief, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Rachel Elizabeth Shearer, 39, of the 1600 block of Summer Place, Talent. Medford police arrested Shearer Sunday on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Shearer was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
