Arrests

Fugitive, drugs — Anthony Brent Clymens, 61, of the 1000 block of Southwest I Street, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Clymens Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California and charges of unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm. Clymens was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $500,000 bail. 

Domestic abuse — James Cecil Governor, 74, of the 300 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Governor Tuesday on charges of menacing-domestic abuse, interfering with making a report and harassment. Governor was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear, drugs — Brayden Travis Love, 24, of the 400 block of Tumbleweed Trail, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Love Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree kidnapping, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, third-degree theft, unlawful possession of cocaine and coercion as well as charges of unlawful delivery of cocaine, unlawful manufacture of cocaine and unlawful possession of cocaine. Love was lodged in jail on $802,500 bail. 

Supplying contraband, reckless driving — Carrie Parren, 45, of the 600 block of North Third Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Parren Wednesday on charges of supplying contraband, reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Parren was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail.
