Arrests

Failure to appear — Christina Ann Curry, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Curry Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, identity theft, first-degree forgery, giving false information to a peace officer, first-degree aggravated theft, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a fictitious identification, laundering a monetary instrument and third-degree escape. Curry was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Vehicular assault of a pedestrian, bicyclist or motorist; reckless driving — Trinity Marie Larson, 22, of the 400 block of Phyllis Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Larson Friday on charges of vehicular assault of a pedestrian, bicyclist or motorist; reckless driving and hit-and-run vehicle. Larson was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Joshua Michael Whelan, 45, no known address. Central Point police arrested Whelan Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway, resisting arrest and offensive littering. Whelan was lodged in jail without bail. 

Fugitive — Devin Brewer, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Brewer Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Brewer was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Disorderly conduct, drugs — Aaron Joseph Lacombe, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Lacombe Friday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass, driving under the influence of intoxicants, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Lacombe was lodged in jail without bail. 

Forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument — Jamie Allen O’Neil, 18, of the 1200 block of First Avenue, Walnut Grove, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested O’Neil Saturday on charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of a forgery device and third-degree theft. O’Neil was lodged in jail without bail. 

Using a child in the display of sexually explicit conduct, luring a minor — Cameron Sage Reynolds, 23, of the 4200 block of Cimmaron Trail, Granbury, Texas. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Reynolds Friday on charges of using a child in the display of sexually explicit content, second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and luring a minor. Reynolds was lodged in jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse, unlawful use of a weapon — Jonathan Michael Nagel, 42, of the 2400 block of Amaryllis Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Nagel Saturday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, strangulation-domestic abuse, menacing-domestic abuse, second-degree assault-domestic violence, unlawful carrying or concealing of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon. Nagel was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal mischief, disorderly conduct — Jose Rodolfo Quinteros-Cruz, 36, of the 300 block of Howard Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Quinteros-Cruz Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and harassment. Quinteros-Cruz was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
