Arrests

Burglary, criminal trespass — Brandon James Ellis, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Ellis Monday on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Ellis was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $20,000 bail. 

Domestic abuse, reckless endangering — Alfred William Mabrier, 47, no known address. Medford police arrested Mabrier Monday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, a parole violation for second-degree assault, harassment, third-degree robbery, second-degree disorderly conduct, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless endangering, hit-and-run vehicle-injury, hit-and-run vehicle-property damage, resisting arrest, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree theft and reckless driving. Mabrier was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail. 

Failure to appear — Torey McCoy McQuade, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McQuade Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and hit-and-run vehicle-property damage. McQuade was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Drew Michael Palmerton, 43, of the 2600 block of Cliffrose Circle, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Palmerton Tuesday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Palmerton was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
