Arrests

Failure to appear, theft — Ralph Francis Chiampi, 49, of the 1200 block of Gibbon Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Chiampi Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with a suspended or revoked license as well as charges of first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Chiampi was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Bernard Allen Savage, 60, of the 16000 block of Antioch Road, White City. Oregon State Police-Southwest Division arrested Savage Wednesday on charges of third-degree assault, reckless driving, reckless endangering, driving under the influence of intoxicants, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree assault. Savage was lodged in jail and bailed out. 

Criminal trespass, disorderly conduct — Jonathan David Stowe, 43, of the 1100 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Stowe Tuesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and a parole violation for first-degree attempted arson. Stowe was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail. 

Failure to appear — Michael Timothy Fowler, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Fowler Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon and false reporting. Fowler was lodged in jail without bail.
