I worked as a librarian at a public library for 25 years. As a librarian, I believe Patty — a professional educator, administrator and communicator — is the better qualified candidate for position 1. Patty pledges to listen to, learn from, support and serve equally all patrons of the Jackson County Library District’s fifteen community libraries. Her mission will be to ensure that Jackson County’s libraries continue to provide the irreplaceable library services and the dedicated professional librarians that your communities depend on.
