Arrests

Failure to appear — Mac Frederick Mc Clintick, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Mc Clintick Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Mc Clintick was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Fugitive — Bryan Sentell McLeod, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McLeod Monday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Idaho as well as failure to appear on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Oregon along with warrants for failure to appear on charges of giving false information to a peace officer and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. McLeod was lodged in jail on $267,500 bail. 

Theft, burglary — Alexander Hunt Neuman, 44, of the 900 block of Emigrant Creek Road, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Neuman Tuesday on charges of first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and second-degree burglary. Neuman was lodged in jail without bail. 

Assault, disorderly conduct — Dean Blain Smith, 31, no known address. Central Point police arrested Smith Monday on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. Smith was lodged in jail and bailed out.
