Medford police are investigating after a vehicle traveling westbound on West Siskiyou Boulevard crossed into oncoming traffic, veered across Lazy Creek Drive and crashed into a building housing three medical offices.

The vehicle entered a dental office area within the building, striking a wall where an employee was seated on the other side, according to a Facebook post Friday afternoon. The employee sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital, the post said.

The driver of the vehicle, who sustained minor injuries, was also transported to the hospital for evaluation.
