Fugitive — Mario Alberto Atilano, 33, of the 10400 block of Valle Del Mar, Socorro, Texas. Ashland police arrested Atilano Monday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Texas. Atilano was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Brandon Michael Fahring, 23, of the 3600 block of Avenue C, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fahring Monday on charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Fahring was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card — Lakhwinder Singh Gangar, 29, of the 1700 block of Garden Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Gangar Tuesday on charges of identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree theft, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and a probation violation for felon in possession of a firearm. Gangar was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Micah Amiel Herrera, 45, of the 2100 block of East Jackson Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Herrera Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Washington state. Herrera was lodged in jail without bail.
