Identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card — Alisha Rose Clement, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Clement Wednesday on charges of identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and third-degree theft. Clement was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $7,500 bail. 

Assault, unlawful use of a weapon — Bradley Garrett Jackson, 62, of the 200 block of Southwest Bridge Street, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jackson Thursday on charges of first-degree attempted assault, unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree assault, reckless endangering and menacing. Jackson was lodged in jail without bail. 

Sexual abuse, domestic abuse — Miguel Angel Rizo-Flores, 43, of the 13500 block of Agate Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rizo-Flores Wednesday on charges of first-degree sexual abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, coercion and harassment. Rizo-Flores was lodged in jail and bailed out. 

Fugitive, identity theft — Justin Ryan Scott, 53, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Scott Wednesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Arizona as well as charges of identity theft, giving false information to a peace officer, using another’s license, theft by receiving, using an invalid license, attempting to elude police by vehicle, attempting to elude police by foot, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Scott was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.
