Arrests
Domestic abuse — Zachariah James Carnegie, 37, of the 1600 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Carnegie Friday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and menacing-domestic abuse as well as a probation violation for fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Carnegie was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Public indecency, drugs — Justin Allen Neff, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Neff Thursday on charges of failure to report as a sex offender, public indecency, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and a parole violation for public indecency as well as warrants for failure to appear on charges of public indecency and second-degree criminal trespass. Neff was lodged in jail on $38,000 bail.
Attempted rape, sexual abuse — Malachi Jones Pollard, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Pollard Friday on charges of first-degree attempted rape, first-degree attempted sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse. Pollard was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Jeffrey Jon Swails, 54, no known address. Medford police arrested Swails Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. Swails was lodged in jail without bail.
Identity theft, forgery — Carrie Irene Frost, 32, of the 3300 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Frost Sunday on charges of first-degree forgery, identity theft and first-degree theft. Frost was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Domestic abuse — Davonte Dondre Wesley, 32, of the 200 block of North Holly Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wesley Sunday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Wesley was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Noah Lee Flores, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Flores Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault, third-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Flores was lodged in jail on $6,000 bail.
