Manslaughter, failure to appear — Arthur Stevens Durone, 61, of the 100 block of Windsor Way, Central Point. Rogue River police arrested Durone Friday on charges of first-degree manslaughter, second-degree manslaughter, second-degree animal abuse, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, aggravated driving while on a suspended license and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order as well as warrants for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Durone was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Fugitive, giving false information to a peace officer — Christian Michael Scott, 29, of the 1300 block of Huckleberry Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho. Oregon State Police-Southwest Division arrested Scott Friday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Idaho and on charges of giving false information to a peace officer. Scott was lodged in jail without bail. 

Fugitive — Kyle Burgoon, 31, of the 5200 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Jacksonville police arrested Burgoon Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Kansas. Burgoon was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal trespass, disorderly conduct — Seth David Gunter, 47, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Gunter Saturday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. Gunter was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Arson, criminal trespass — Sherry Lee Herndon, 40, of the 4700 block of North Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Herndon Saturday on charges of second-degree arson, second-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a peace officer. Herndon was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Adam Jeffrey Bushey, 34, of the 500 block of Glass Lane, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bushey Sunday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license and hit and run vehicle-property damage. Bushey was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Marketplace
