Disorderly conduct, criminal trespass — Angela Suzanne Biddle, 56, of the 900 block of Murray Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Biddle Sunday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and harassment. Biddle was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to report as a sex offender — Lamar Deshawn Cameron, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cameron Monday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Cameron was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Theft, drugs — William Elwood Martin, 56, of the 9800 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard, Fair Oaks, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martin Sunday on charges of second-degree theft, second-degree attempted theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Martin was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Domestic abuse — Drew Aaron Oliver, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Oliver Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of strangulation-domestic abuse. Oliver was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
