Arrests

Domestic abuse — Kenneth William Keith Barr, 42, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Barr Tuesday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, strangulation-domestic abuse and second-degree disorderly conduct. Barr was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Disorderly conduct, criminal trespass — Lora Lynn Scissons, 63, no known address. Medford police arrested Scissons Tuesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. Scissons was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Donald Wayne Summers, 60, no known address. Medford police arrested Summers Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender and a city ordinance offense. Summers was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs, criminal trespass — Seth Anthony Parrish, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Parrish Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Parrish was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Jacob Phillip Valente, 48, no known address. Ashland police arrested Valente Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and harassment. Valente was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, criminal trespass — Derek Joseph Atler, 30, of the 300 block of Candice Road, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Atler Sunday on charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Atler was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Felon in possession of a restricted weapon — David Roland Crump, 66, no known address. Medford police arrested Crump Monday on charges of second-degree theft and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Crump was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Dylan Isaac Jones, 21, of the 500 block of Effie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering and reckless driving. Jones was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.

Disorderly conduct, assault — Kelly Robert McDonald, 51, of the 500 block of Manzanita Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested McDonald Sunday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, attempted strangulation, fourth-degree assault and harassment. McDonald was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
